Retreat!

Okay guys...I'm not going to write a real post because it's going to end up being long and unintelligible because I'm a bad storyteller who tells stories in circles, as exemplified in the last post. I'll just post some pictures instead.
a bird's nest I found when I was doing my devos Saturday morning the dark side of Jenny Tang comes out as she binds Lydia in Andy's sweater after retreat on Sunday, Brad, Hannah, Emily, Danae (not in picture), and I (not in picture) decided to climb a mountainand then we decided to climb a real mountain (Danae and Hannah) the mountain had a trailbut we decided not to follow it and we found a tree with a foot-looking rootand a stack of chopped trees piled between trees and a little hut hiding in the trees I told them to pose like trees... we discovered that the mountain we were climbing is a ski hilloo, we are going up a ski hill! Danae wanted to climb up the lift... look at the little people up there!zoom in to see what they're doing...wait a minute, is Brad taking a picture of me taking a picture of them?view from partway up the mountainoo, I found a Danae being a mountain goat!view from farther up the mountainlalala...taking pictures of grassgoing down the snow-less ski hill without skison the way back we bought a 2L tub of chocolate chip ice cream and then we put gummy bears and m&ms in it and ate it in the carthere were lime and black pepper chips too look at the colours of the m&ms swirling in the ice creamDanae is ready to gain back all the energy we used up on the mountainview from our living room window in the evening after we get back
